State Page
This is the Minnesota state page; the one for Missouri is similar. The state page is intended to act as a homepage for AACFI activities in the state. Google searches will most likely bring people to the state pages, since firearms law and permit requirements are highly state-speficic.
The screen capture is of the middle of the page; you can just see the bottom of the navigation swash at the top of the capture.

Note the use of both the full state name and the abbreviation in this heading. While this isn't the most elegant possible way to write it, it's a way that search engines respond well to.
Everything You Need to Know
That's the title of AACFI's book (written by Joel Rosenberg) about civilian carry in Minnesota. This paragraph both directly promotes the book, and provides the search engines with excuses to find this page.
Bottom Navigation
The bottom navigation bar provides some low-use links that we felt were needed on every page. The "trainers only" link is how you get into the private section where trainers maintain their course and student information (protected by password of course).
